It's definitely better than a bank...but their expansion in recent years has left lots of empty teller windows and service that is a lot less personal than it used to be. (I used to work there so I can tell that their standards are slipping a bit.) The online banking is great. Unlike many credit unions they have tons of locations which is very convenient.
