They catered an architect meeting for us (for the second time) and it went very smoothly. Whoever had 400 people probably failed to tell them that there would be that large of a turnout. They are a small business (which people should be supporting). They aren't like Quizno's or Jimmy Johns that provide mountains of food at a moments notice and are alright with throwing most of it away. Their prices are more than fair also. I would recommend them to anyone who is having a small-medium gathering. And if you are going to have a larger one, at least have the forethought to tell them way in advance. People today are so picky and ready to point out all the faults of a business that is trying hard to compete against the big names. I'll be using them again for all of our architect meetings (approx. 2-3 a year). They have my recommendation.
