I'm really pleased with the moving service and the staff at Brooklyn Best Movers and I would recommend this locally operated moving company to anyone that is moving. Their customer service was outstanding and their staff were professional, friendly and fast! I have moved almost every two years for the last decade and have always had one disaster or another. I gave this moving service provider a try because they were eco-friendly (which pleased my wife) and their customer service representative was so much more informative about the details about the rates and the price quote and our insurance information. Their price is more reasonable than the other moving companies in the area can offer. So, I scheduled my move without any doubts.
On my moving day, I was nervous because the movers called and said they were running a few minutes late but they showed up only 15 minutes late. Their staff was very friendly and English-speaking and the foreman his name is Andrew was very professional and explained the process and how the next 4-5 hours would be outlined. He went over all the paperwork and they got right to work. They got the whole thing packed and loaded in 3 and 1/2 hours!!!
