I want to let you know how pleased they are and I am with the quality of the people that you have provided to assist them. All of the people you sent were well qualified, and also very friendly and sensitive to the needs of my parents. In particular, Jessica and Anna were exceptional. They were not only very good Caretakers; they genuinely cared about my parents and treated them like family. My parents grew very fond of both of them and referred to them as “saints”!
I also appreciate the responsiveness and flexibility that you personally have shown when we had special requests, sometimes on very short notice. You always came through when we needed your help.
