I have had a lot of issues with my 2002 Jetta and this dealer is the only one that has answered my questions. I am a female and they don't treat me like I am clueless about cars, I am not by the way, and that is a welcomed break from how I am normally treated. The service advisor's don't push things on you if you don't want to do them, and they are completely honest with you, a rarity in the car dealership world. I don't want to go anywhere else now.
