My husband and I just moved into a new house and needed window treatments. Our first estimate came from Blind Express. The woman who came to our house was wonderful, nice and helpful.
But, unfortunately, the cost of the blinds were outrageous, Almost double what we were quoted elsewhere for the same blinds.
We liked Blind Express- liked the saleswomen, loved the warranty but hated the prices and in turn went elsewhere.
