Good: owners were nice and allowed a tour. Bad: smell, size of cages. Improvements: larger cages so cat is not right on litter box; better air circulation in the rooms might help a little. Other: I doubt my cat would enjopy being let loose in a strange room for a little while each day. My guess is he'd prefer a larger area to be in all the time. I realize that means fewer cats can be boarded at a time, but that's a matter of space. My cat visits his box when needed and the rest of the time, he avoids that area..
