Bi-Rite is the perfect little independent supermarket with a great location. They stock organic fruits and veggies and have a nice selection of wines and cheeses. They have lots of gourmet products that might be hard to find elsewhere. They're generous with the samples too! There's also a huge deli section and some hearty sandwiches that are made on the spot. Perfect for a to-go order and hanging out at Dolores Park across the street.
