Because of its convenient location, I have given Ashburn Family Practice a number of chances to redeem itself. However, almost every expereince I have had there has left me bitter! To name a few, I was given the wrong dosage on a perscription, which I caught, but the receptionist insisted I didnt' understand the doctors' orders, making me feel stupid, when indeed, after checking with the pharmacist and the doctor, I was correct about. Another time, an appointment was made at the wrong office, so when I showed up, they were unable to see me. And twice, they have not had referrals ready for me when they said they would. Despite an empty waiting room, I always have to wait at least a half an hour for my appointment. The support staff is not particularly friendly--- which you would expect in a customer-relations kind of position. I am routinely disappointed with this office, and do not recommend. more
