I was referred by my physician for an oral appliance. I was unclear if I was to call to make an appoinment or needed to wait for a call following physician's referral being faxed to your clinic. I waited a little over a week then called to schedule an appointment. The appointment was set up and I received clinic paperwork and information that same day. I've not yet been to the clinic so can't provide a review beyond this experience.
