Scoop de Ville serves delicious ice cream in a cute little confectioner's shop. It also has a wide variety of chocolate and other candies as well as a small selection of candy novelty items. In particular, they are known for ice cream mixed with toppings similar to the Blizzard at Dairy Queen only with real ice cream, not soft serve. It also has a couple of tables for sitting but there can be a line in the summer.
