I have to admit that at first i was a little turned off about the whole process, however when i went into the office, teresa greeted my wife and i with a big smile. she went over different ways that we can buy my truck, different warranty packages, and many different add on's that she had to offer. Not one moment went by where my wife and i felt bullied, manipulated, or treated badly. it was a pleasant experience. we had many laughs and shared rediculous stories.
