I was rear ended last fall and there was quite a bit of damage to my vehicle (2000 Oldsmobile Alero), my insurance company (Allstate) gave me the name of 3 different collision shops in the area to check out.. I called all three and one was just rude so I crossed them off the list and contacted the other two.. I ended up going with Action because they were very friendly over the phone and seemed to know exactly what they were talking about.. so I dropped my car off for the repairs and they told me it would take a certain amount of days, which it did.. the work was done very nicely, you could not even tell the car had been damaged just a few weeks before that.. the shop was the typical repair shop, the price was covered by insurance so I don't really have a comment on that and the staff was polite.
