I just want to comment that I thought the service from this business was great. I had a laptop that giving me trouble for a while and called this business. They took a lot of time with me explaining the problem and going through all the different options I had as far a whether I would be better off buying a new computer instead of getting it repaired. I felt they were very honest with me. The tech eventually found out that the manufacturer had extended the warranty for my computer and that I could take it to them and get it repaired for free. I liked the honesty they showed. They could have charged me for a repair, but instead found a way for me to get it repaired for free.
