My child has been at Cross Roads and i am very unsatisfied with the way they are treating my child. She was complaining of her stomache hurting the nurse told her to shut up and quit pretending. Then stated i dont know why your mom keeps bring her here. Then they refused to give her an extra grilled cheese but gave evryone else one. She stated to me they are very mean to her. Then the doctor never calls me. Also they stated to me she would see the doctor in the morning and when i spoke with her at 7 pm she stated she never saw the doctor. I spoke with the nurse and he confirmed that and stated they accidently past her up. Then went the next day to see the doctor and the board and the doctor said here is her paper i saw her it was missed filed and released her to me. I called to confirm the time family session was and went up there at the time the nurse told me and i missed it. Then they stated no one had told me that. Then i had a missed called from them and i called right back (with in 1 minute) they kept me on hold and could not tell me why they called.I called back and i was on hold for 10 minutes and the social worker was calling looking all over for me while i was on hold waiting for them to return to me on hold. They do not have there stuff together and they are making my child more mental by saying things they are saying to her. It is now 9:23 and waiting for the doctor to call which he was suppose to call between 8 and 9. And these are the people that are suppose to be caring for my child.....I am trying to relocate her!!!!!
