Amy and I had lunch at Fiesta Jalisco just before a shopping orgy at the Silverthorne outlet stores. Fiesta Jalisco was great - solid mexican food, big portions, and friendly / fast service. It's located in a shopping center on the south side of 70 - you exit at Silverthorne, go left under 70, and then take your first major right into a shopping center (you can't mix the OfficeMax.)
