Frank Pronesti was not up front with the total cost of services. He informed us of the minimum spending requirements only AFTER the photo shoot, even though he was specifically asked for a pricing breakdown over the phone. He was not willing to negotiate. When we tried to speak to him about it, he was very emotional, and unprofessional. Customer satisfaction is certainly NOT one of his priorities. From our experience, he tries his best to get people in to pay for the sitting fee, and AFTER pressures with minimums that were never previously mentioned. There are no prices listed on his website. We decided not to get any pictures out of principle. Our assumptions about people being reasonable were completely disproven by our experience with Frank. In addition, when we showed up for the shoot, he was unprepared because he had scheduled us in for the wrong date. If you do decide to go with this photographer, we strongly recommend discussing EVERY detail of the costs before the shoot, as from our experience he will not be inclined to do so. With this review, we hope others won't make the same mistake we did.
