Went to see Frank based on recommendation from friend. Around early December for pictures for christmas. Overall, my wife and I were pleased with Frank's skills and personality. Although he is a little on the pricey side, we were both impressed with the final wall portrait. We would probably go back again maybe with more of our extended family.? more

Frank Pronesti was not up front with the total cost of services. He informed us of the minimum spending requirements only AFTER the photo shoot, even though he was specifically asked for a pricing breakdown over the phone. He was not willing to negotiate. When we tried to speak to him about it, he was very emotional, and unprofessional. Customer satisfaction is certainly NOT one of his priorities. From our experience, he tries his best to get people in to pay for the sitting fee, and AFTER pressures with minimums that were never previously mentioned. There are no prices listed on his website. We decided not to get any pictures out of principle. Our assumptions about people being reasonable were completely disproven by our experience with Frank. In addition, when we showed up for the shoot, he was unprepared because he had scheduled us in for the wrong date. If you do decide to go with this photographer, we strongly recommend discussing EVERY detail of the costs before the shoot, as from our experience he will not be inclined to do so. With this review, we hope others won't make the same mistake we did. more

Frank Pronesti, the photographer at Heirloom Studio, does a terrific job in capturing the moment. We have used him for both family portraits as well as for our wedding. He is very easy to get along with, creative, & willing to listen to you ideas. He is slightly on the pricey side but totally worth the price. He does both digital and analog photography. more
