Was told that I would receive a call the day before with a time window. Sure enough, I received the call as promised. The day of the appointment, the service man called to notify me that he had a cancellation and wanted to see if I would be available earlier than the promised time. When he came in, he was friendly, and knowledgeable. Explained the work he was going to do and quoted me a price prior to making the repair. He was fast and efficient. Put down a drop cloth to keep my floor and rugs clean while he worked. They aren't the least expensive place for service, however, I am willing to pay premium pricing for premium service. I called about 4 other companies before committing to SW Fireplace. They were the only ones that did not seem ""gimmicky"". They made me feel comfortable and trust worthy. Will certainly use them again.
