They're good if you can get them but do not keep appointments. I had a $25 coupon from prior service so scheduled a garbage disposal install a week in advance. Wanted it fixed the day before house guests arrived. On the appointed day Gary's called and said they couldn't do it. Gave some lame excuse about all their technicians called in sick and the only one available was "booked elsewhere." Had to scramble to find another plumber so they won't get my business again.
