I had a 9 by 12 oriental rug cleaned.
It did not appear dirty but when I vacuumed it there was a large amount of dirt in the clean vacuum bag. After Coit returned the rug I vacuumed it again and no change, bag filled with dirt.
They came and cleaned it again. Still no change in the amount of dirt.
Not certain of the cleaning technique, but clearly it is not working. You must not use water to hose it down and really clean the carpet... vacuuming and chemicals do not work!!!!
