We used Specialty to resolve a heat pump problem. The service tech, Kurt Wood was excellent. he immediatly isolated the problem (failed compressor), secured the part and replaced the compressor within 2 working days. He explained his logic in isolating the problem very clearly and was incredibly efficient in replacing the compressor and checking out the revised system (i.e. 1/2 the alloted time specified for this type of repair) saving us almost $300. The part cost was already under the Specialty 10 year warranty. This is a quality organization that attracts outstanding people.
