The two guys who came out from Gary's Plumbing and Heating were very nice and friendly. They did great work as far as that goes. My only issue is with follow up. I was waiting for them to call to see how things went, but they haven't yet. There's still a little bit of a leak downstairs. My husband called to let them know and I guess that they were going to come back out and check on that. It did seem like a lot of money for the work they did, more than I expected anyway.
I still have some questions to ask them as well. They said that we have a 9 month guarantee on the new valve they put in, but we didn't get any paper guarantee or anything so I'm kind of wondering about that. I called my bank to see if they had cashed the check, but they haven't even cashed it yet, so I'm not sure what's going on there.
