We had David come to our house, greeted us with a warm welcome. He looked over everything and listened to what our problem was with the drains. He suggested a few things then asked if we needed anything else looked at. He looked at the bathroom sink and bathtub. He wrote down estimates and talked every situation out. It was nice having a nice family person in the house and he was friendly to our 10 month old.
Just overall very friendly and kept asking if we had questions. Explained and showed everything he was going to work on before touching anything (some people just touch and break)
Gave us tips for after he fixed things so we dont run into further troubles.
