We had Alan helping us. I did lots of legwork on the internet learning about converting our wood burning fireplace to gas. Alan explained everything (lots of times, I kept stopping in), then again to my husband. The unit works great, Alan helped us get the right unit. Installers were very prompt, neat, polite and efficient. I have recommended Alan to my neighbor.
