Southwest fireplace sent out a technician name john he's an asset to this company nice guy and I find him to be as honest as they come unlike Kevin who's gonna sell you the Brooklyn bridge ask for john and no one else and your gonna be very pleased another guy named john I was very nice and helpful . Ask for john the tech to come out as your tech and you're going to happy and pleased, thanks john for the great service.
