I needed an immediate replacement of a hot water heater in one of my rentals. Gary's was already scheduled to come and assess it when it started leaking all over the place (what timing)! Jeremey, their technician, had the foresight to bring a replacement with him even though he did not know the current state of the old one. Overall it wasn't the easiest install, but it turned out perfect. I FULLY RECOMMEND GARY'S !!!!!
