Beds were not moved to be vacuumed and cleaned underneath. Our furniture is very heavy and needed two people. My husband did tell the serviceman to call him if he needed help moving furniture and the serviceman never requested assistance. The tile on the bathroom floor looked very good. The carpet that was cleaned looked very good, again just disappointed that furniture wasn't moved and at least vacuumed behind in some areas.
