As far as all the work done for me by the guys over at Feazel I am incredibly happy. The lead contact guy who did the roof inspection and made the arrangements with my insurance was fantastic. They did the work while my wife and I were at work and so we came home and our roof was done. The roof looks great and they left no mess or residue on our lawn which was great. The thing that really bothered me was that they never bothered to follow up to see how I liked their work. I got a little form in the mail a month later asking for feedback but no actual follow up which is really important to me. If it were not for the lack of follow up, I would have given them five stars across the board.
