They were pleasant on the phone to schedule our appointment for an air conditioner that wasn't working. They scheduled us quickly. Two hours later they called and explained the problem and the cost to repair it. They had it done quickly and the next morning we picked it up and the mechanic insisted on bringing us to the back and carefully explained what he did and why. He was a nice guy.
