We had to call Coit to come back out to review damage done to our recliner and areas not sufficiently cleaned. We were told that the carpet was a "cheap" grade and that was why it did not come clean in one area. The loveseat and couch recliners looked good with the exception of one headrest area that they re-cleaned. They could not explain the dark loose threads that were pulled on the seat of our recliner/lounger. We could file a complaint with the office, but I thought that was what we were doing by asking for someone to come out.
