We had our area rug cleaned 2x by this company and dissatisfied each time. Our rug was returned with all edges curled and wouldn't lay flat. First time had it sent back and they fixed it and returned without a charge however we didn't have a rug for 3 weeks during the holidays. The second time we instructed it be dried longer to prevent and this was not communicated. The technician named Mike was very rude and spoke down to me and made me feel like an idiot. Refused to help or make it right. Tracked mud and grass in my house and refused to take off shoes. They charge extra to unroll the rug when delivered to allow you to see if it looks ok. Manager called and didn't allow me to explain what happened and just said you get $25 off ($145 service) bye. Rude rude rude company and doesn't care about customer service. Will never use this company or recommend to anyone.
