I went looking for a deal on the "local deal" websites knowing I needed to find a reliable and high quality company for carpet cleaning. I ended up on the Pristine site and read their options and reviews. When I called they offered me a great deal but I asked them to actually provide the "Whole Home Package". Their follow ups pre-service were very professional and the day of cleaning they were right on time, moved all the furniture they could and cleaned the carpets using their 360 process vs. the giant truck mounted steam cleaner. I couldn't have been more pleased with the effort and quality provided and I look forward to their follow up visits. They're also a military family and hire many ex-military to work in their company which for me makes me proud to use them and expect a high quality experience.
