Worst

Process does not extract carpet. We have a wheat colored carpet. The process left a dull appearance on the carpet . Okay if you want a quick drying clean but did not leave the car...

Carpet cleaning was on time and met my expectations. This company takes care of the customer and does not over charge for great service. They come in on time and quickly clean the carpets without leaving too much water on the floors. The carpets are dry and smell great when you get home. They are very professional. more

Very poor job. When I called to schedule appointment I was told that I could request a sanitizing scent. The technician said they didn't provide any product like that. more

You can't get that personal service from the franchise cleaners. They do an expert job...thorough pre-staining for spots and efficient cleaning even in the rough spots like stairs. Very professional, nice, did an excellent job of cleaning my carpet. Spots were gone, which was my main reason for the cleaning. My carpet looked very clean and nice afterword. They move what needs to be and put things back in place. I would recommend them to anyone. more
