I called because my furnace wouldn't turn on after problem solving. Nate came out and was very helpful. Of course everything worked and came on the second he hit the thermostat. He didn't try to sell me something just for the sake of making money. He did tell me I might need a new thermostat but isn't sure since it's working. I was happy to wait and see what happens over the weekend before replacing it. I have always had great service from this company. I have used the company since 2002 and haven't had any major problems with my furnace which they installed.
