I told the guy this was a rental property and not to discuss anything with tenant, or to say anything in front of the tenant. I also spoke to him on the phone when he arrived and I told him not to go inside the house until I got there. I arrived about 5 minutes after him, and he had already gone into the property. Then he insisted we go back into the house so he could explain to me what was wrong. Then inside the house where the tenant could over hear us, he told me t there was no 'check valve'. Then later when he was installing the check valve the he discussed with the tenant what he was doing. He just did not know how to tell the tenant that he could not discuss anything, as I had instructed and as we had agreed before the ok for him to come out was approved.
