When I requested the service I asked about pricing - rep said they do not charge hourly and give a fixed price after they look at problem. Service technician said they use $399 per hour as the basis for building up a price. Was given a price based upon the rate and 3/4 hour worth of work. Price is fixed so when the job took less than 1/2 hour to complete - I get no consideration.
