The service specialist, Randall P., was identified by email as the person doing my check-up. Good way to make sure a fake wasn't at my door. Came right on time. Explained what he was doing as he went. Identified some minor problems and gave the prices to do the repair work but did not pressure me to have it done right then. He explained fully inspection plans that his company could do and their prices, but once again no pressure to do now. Probably as pleasant a plumbing call as one could get. Would recommend a preliminary plumbing check by Randall and, if trained like he was, other "My Plumber Heating and Cooling" service techs.
