The technician was very late. I missed Wednesday night Bible Study because the time I was told he would arrive (daylight) was not the time that he arrived (night).
As a woman who was at home alone, I do not receive unexpected and unknown individuals to my home especially at night, so I called a friend to be present until the technician left.
When I initially contacted the company, I was giving a price of less than $200.00, based on a special that they were advertising which was the reason why I contacted the company, only to have the technician have no idea of such a price so that he had to call the company on his cell phone in the midst of the service after 9:00 pm in the evening.
The person on the phone explains that the special price was associated with something else, and of course at this point the technician has a concern look on his face because he is in the midst of service that does not cost less than $200.00.
Now almost 10 pm at night when the service is complete, I pay not less than $200.00 but over $600.00.
