I am a regular customer spanning 20 years. I came in for an oil change, a process I have done many times before. However, this time they didn’t know who I was, said I had never been there before, printed my bill out in my ex-wife’s name, and one of the sales men approached my ex wife in the parking lot in a threatening way causing her to need to back-up away from him as my daughter looked on.
