18 year old hot water heater stopped working. Called several vendors who either did not return calls and/or they were not available for 48-72 hours. My Plumber said they could come out the next day. We needed a new hot water heater. The service specialist was Robert R. Rob was very professional, polite and pleasant. He cleaned up afterward and was careful to check the installation before he departed. Cost was $2,500 (flat-rate). No breakdown of labor or cost of the hot water heater or materials per company policy. The new hot water heater had to be relocated in the storage room and Rob was at the house for six plus hours. Probably could had it done at less cost but we needed a hot water heater at the moment and not 48-72 hours later from some other vendor. Bottom line, we are pleased with My Plumber especially with Rob.
