From my initial phone call to the service tech arrival was about 1 1/2 hours. Prompt response considering it was the middle of the day and a last minute call. The tech was considerate of my home (he wore booties) and thorough in his examination of the problem, leaking water heater pipe. While he did not provide the repair he did suggest what needed to be done so my husband could complete the repair. Very professional.
