This is the second time in less than one year that MyPlumber came through for me to handle promptly a plumbing emergency. This time, I called at 6:00 a.m. to report that my bath tub faucet had broken down so badly that I could not slow down, much less shut off the water except through the main valve for the entire house from the boiler room. All MyPlumber employees from the operator who took my call, to the one who scheduled the appointment and followed up with a call to let me know that the plumber was on his way, to the plumber who quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem--they all did a great job.
