This dealership did a really stellar job fixing a fan (which was under warranty). They lent me a vehicle for the duration of repair, gave me an extra day with it when I was not able to make closing time like it was no trouble, and operated on a short time table as I was going on a road trip. They also put on some whiper blades as a courtesy and washed the car. They were also asked to rotate the tires (service which was overdue), but evaluated the tires and said that it wasnt necessary and did not do that service nor charge me. Obviously, you would probably never expect such an honest act from an independent service shop.
Overall, I was really impressed.
