I sent them service request on Sunday. I called them on Monday. They told me that they hadn't receive the request (I had automatic response from their system of receiving it). They promised to come on Tuesday. They came on Tuesday 58 minutes later than promised.
About the service ? ordinary Job at luxurious price. Membership is a scam that doesn't guarantee anything but a discount on a future and unknown cost, over a set of charges that you don't control.
