I am still waiting on an estimate/proposal for continued work with no response after three follow up phone calls by me. Also, tech did not bring necessary equipment on initial visit for refrigeration problems communicated in initial phone call (no guages or refrigerant)...was supposed to return the following Monday from Friday visit...never did. I give up!
