We had an excellent experience. The technician had to perform a difficult job, removing and replacing a leaking area of copper pipe that was above a suspended ceiling and under hard wood flooring. He worked with great care and quickly, then willingly gave me an estimate on another issue. I will definitely call back and request him for my next job.
