I was told on the phone that this would cost $150 and was charged $289.00. I will not use or recommend your company again.

Thank you for taking the time to review our company. I see that when you called in you requested 3 areas to be cleaned. Our customer service representative gave you an approximate quote based on average factors for 3 areas. In reviewing the estimate our cleaner wrote prior to cleaning for you, I see that the living room was considered to be a double area. I believe that this would have been due to the size of the room or because it is a combination area. Also, I see the estimate had deodorizer on two areas. The combination of these two factors affected your pricing. If you have any concerns with the quality of the cleaning please call us. We would be happy to re clean your carpets to your satisfaction.
