Had my main carpet area done and two rooms and a chair. Was very pleased with the results and the service. BUT Just one thing I wasn't prepared to pay for was the $15 gas charge, this was not told to me at time of free quote. I let the person use our water supply which was no problem but was surprised at this extra fee. Really should let people know this fact. Thank You

Thank you for the review. We are happy that you are pleased with our service. We do apologize that we didn't make you aware of our per invoice service charge. It is pre-printed on every invoice and it is possible that when you called to set up the estimates that we had left you that our customer service representative failed to review that with you. The good news is that we have only one charge per invoice so when you schedule the other estimates that we left you there will be no additional service charges. We are sending you a gift certificate for double the service charge which you may apply to the estimates we've already left for you or you may keep it for anything else in the future.
