My flight est. arrival time was 11:39pm the counter closes at 12:00am but Enterprise has an alliance with Alamo and if you already have a reservation you can pick up your car from them. I think this is awesome even though I arrived in time to pick up my car at the Enterprise counter it's still good info it just needs to be relayed to the customers. I loved the attention and awesome customer service I received from their agents at Louisville Airport (SDF). However at Cincinnati at Eastgate Square Drive was an entirely different story. I called them twice asking for the SDF number and the female agent was very rude and short with me. In the previous year I had rented a car every week for 3mos. on top of 2cars for a week the previous May. I attempted to rent a car for my son and his family to travel in. The car I had could not carry us all to my family reunion out-of-state for a week. I was informed that I could not considering I already had one rented in my name. Seriously! I couldn't believe I was being treated so very badly by the agents at Cincinnati. I was very disappointed with them. It has really gone down hill since all the new agents took over. I will not use that field office ever again.
